Flexclick specializes in mediating temporary and permanent staff, freelancers (ZZP’ers), and recruiting permanent employees. We process personal data to serve you professionally, carefully, and personally.

Job Seeker Registration

When registering, we collect information such as:

  • Desired position, availability, location preference.
    These data are used for matching you to suitable positions and creating an account.

Job Applications

When applying for a job, we process:

  • Contact details, date of birth, CV, motivation letter;

  • Information about education, work experience, references;

  • Optional photograph (if voluntarily provided).

Working via or for Flexclick

For executing agreements, we process:

  • Nationality, social security number (BSN), ID documents, bank account information;

  • Medical data (if voluntarily provided and necessary);

  • Personnel, salary, and absence records.

For freelancers (ZZP’ers), we process:

  • Chamber of Commerce (KVK) extract, VAT number, insurance details.

Clients, Suppliers, and Business Contacts

  • Name, position, and business contact details.

Other Sources

We may receive personal data from third parties, such as partners, public registers, or insurers in emergencies.

For certifications such as SNF, NEN 4400, VCU, or memberships in organizations like ABU, personal data may be reviewed for quality control purposes.
